Lately I've started to notice that on days when I really hit the cardio or really push myself in any of my workouts I develop a bit of a fever afterwards that goes away in about a day or so. My usual body temp is aound 36.3 C but after an intensive training session I'll be up around 36.7/8 for the better part of 2 days. This can't be good...probably should see a doctor?

It sounds like you may not be drinking enough water before during and after your training. Up the water intake and see what happens.

Thanks for the advice. I never really measured how much water I drank, so I think I'll start now. More fluids and see what happens in a week or so. Thanks again!
