Input weight used when doing pushups?

Well, the title says everything, but I'll ask more specificely. How do I know what my "input weight used " is when Im only doing pushups, etc. I have no acces to anything, aexcept for the Band Flex in our basement, but I thought I would just start without any machines right now. Then when this is over, Ill go for the machines :cool:

You might want to enter the number of repetitions you did. Just for tracking purposes.

yes, i put 0 for things like pushups and hyperextensions for now. when i feel i can add weight, i will. :) but i do try to always push myself as far as reps goes.

So when we do exersizes like push ups, sit ups, etc. we should put 0 for the "input weight used"?
