Well as I've progressed I've noticed one thing that is really troubling.. I mainly lift back / chest / arms / shoulders / legs / with the Occasional Abs.. and well, when I look in the mirror, my arms and chest and back and shoulders have relatively no fat on them except a little on my chest, and I think this looks good, but then.. I look down just a little more... and well, I'm thinking the majority of my body fat that I have now is on my stomach :(. This really sucks because I look sort-of unproportional, unless I suck my stomach in. If I suck my stomach in then I don't look so bad length wise, but then there is always the width, and plus sucking your stomach in 24/7 at the beach and what not sucks anyways. I'm pretty comfortable with myself except for this one area, I'm assuming that since this is where the most of my body fat is, if I go on a month long trimming fest this would be were the most of it would be lost? I'd really like to get a flatter stomach.. but I'd really like to continue to lift weights and build muscle.

Do it all. Pay very careful attention to your diet though. Thats how you'll lose the last little bit of fat.

I have a question about Cardio:

I have a disease (or condition rather) Called "Odchgar Slodgens" (I didn't spell that right..), and it's fairly hard for me to run unless I take motrin or some sort of ib-profin (which I don't like taking). I just got off the tredemele, and instead of running, I walked for twenty five minutes at a rate of 4 mph which isn't too fast for me and I set the incline to level 7 for about 15 minutes and then brought it slowly down to 0 and finished with a four minute sprint at 7.5 mph. I still burned 230 calories, but I'm more concerned of, is this an OK alternative? Or should I really just take motrin every single morning (this is what I did during the lacrosse season, and i get stomach aches / cramps etc, but atleast I can run) and run for a half hour?
