When I do incline db bench and sometimes decline, I have a real bad pain in my forearm towards my elbow, almost to where I cant finish the last 2 sets. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Whenever I do incline if I don't adjust the seat correctly to the correct angle and hight, I get that pain in my shoulder near my rotator cuff and my elbow, you just need to becareful and go real slow on your way down ( this helped me ) and make sure the seat is correctly adjusted for you
