Sorry this may have been said ine a post above this, but it takes so long to load, I just gonna do it here.

when do we post or send my results from the 2 or 3 month long challange? I forgot what weights I sent in lol But I am about to go to cheerleading camp, and I'll have to send them in somtime sat or so.

I thought Charlie said to send them today, so I did, two days won't make any difference to me anyway, I'm going to be laid up for at least that yet...:(

Just post your own stats for weight and inch and BF loss. Send lifting stats to Dani. Sorry BA, you'll just have to pack a lunch and wait. Maybee when everybodys results are in We'll start a new one but let's try to get them all in one spot for now.
