does anyone know any excersizes for my stomach and thighs? I have a lil bit of flab on them and i was just wanting to get it off. Do you think riding an excersize bike will help?

Try one of the workouts here. You will lose the flab with diet and exercise. Mostly diet. You can't spot reduce. You will lose it by exercising the whole body. You should try the special abs program in conjunction with a full body program. Don't undereat!!!!!!
