I am going to begin the home exercise program. I wanted to do the Progression one, but I want to work out at home. My question is: what are the results of the home program. For example, the progressive one focuses on not changing the body too much, but gaining lean mass. Some of the others are for bulking up, others are for losing weight. The home one wasn't all that clear to me. I want to stay about the same size, but tone and gain endurance. Any help would be appreciated!! :big_smile:
