ive been noticing in the last workouts that my tris are beginning to sort of ache while im benching. i think im using more tricep than chest but when i move my grip a lil wider my tris seem to ach a lil more. anyone got input???

thats unusual unless you are working your tris before doing chest. A wide grip on a bench should not make your tris sore.

what excercises ar eyou doing for tris?
does it hurt with dumbells?
does it hurt when you go lighter? or just heavy?
what is yoru grip?
how many days a week you work out?
many many things i could ask

as for my triceps workouts im limited to bb extensions because i only have 10 dbs. ill try db benchpress but doubt it will ache seeing as they are 10lb. i will keep posted after the next workout

It sounds like you are using non-Olympic style weights? If so, you can only go so wide on your grip. I had the same problem until I switched to an Olympic BB.
