im confused how we may lose some muscles,

does doing cardio right after workout may lose muscle?

I do cardio after my workout because its the only time I have and I dont lose muscle. I do my workouts in the morning an hour after I wake up but I make sure I have a breakfast before I go just make sure you dont go on an empty stomach so that your body does not tap into your muscles to get its energy from. Overtraining is where you lose muscle like going to the gym and working out for 2 hours straight and you are burning so many calories that your body has to get its energy from smoewhere so it taps into your muscle
