The first day of legs was tough they gave me 2 different types of squats to do on the same day OUCH my legs hurt for 3 days straight. The chest,shoulders,back days were cool but my arm day was anotehr killer day it made me sweat like mad and made my arms look huge from all the blood pumping through them I measured them in the gym after the workout just to see and they were 19inches usually they are 17.5 inches boy the blood rush sures makes a differance lol. I am just saying it was a great first week and the hardest part was the diet but I have been sticking to it. My goal is to be lean and mean by the new year. Thanks for all the help so far everyone this is the best fitness place on the planet!!!:cool:
