I have looked at the programs on the site and none of tem really seems to have what I am looking for. I am in the US army so I do PT on a daily basis, but I need a program that can help me build upperbody muscle endurance not just size, in addition to my daily PT. I have a set of free weights (barbell and dumbell) ans a bench. I am looking to focus on shoulders, chest, and back. My abs and legs are already in good shape. Just for info. Army PT usually consists of pushup and situps one day, run/cardio the next, with weekends off. Can anyone help me design a custom routine.:dumbbell:

jdksepka,
I'm in the US Navy and our PT is very similar. Currently my workout consists of low reps with heavy weight. For PT I go wild. Going real heavy still gives you a great deal of endurance for just a portion of your body weight. I always do weighted sit-ups to help get my sit-ups over a 100. If you are not looking to get massive, then I recommend doing the 8 week progressive gains or tone and weight loss. By doing any resistance training, you are going to improve your endurance for PT. Doing leg workout (squats, presses...etc) has actually improved my run. Hope this helps! Good luck!
