OK like alot of you nkow I just started at the beggning of this week well its thursday now and the only part I am having with is the nutritional tracker. It says I have to consume 3667 calories per day. I am not reall getting close to that and I am eating between 6-8 small meals per day. I average between 2500-2800 calories a day. Any adivce?

Try staying where you are. 12-15 calories per pound is actually required. You are at around the minimum right now.
If it works, stay there. Whats your routine like?

8am Wake Up
8:30 am Drink a protein shake with Skim Milk, and 1 minute Oats
9am-10:30am - Weigtht Train for 45 mins, Cardio for 30 mins , Stretch for 15 mins
11am Protein Shake with Banana and Skim Milk
12:30 English muffin and egg white omelette
1pm Tuna with (1tsp)fat free mayo
3pm Chicken Caesar Salad with fat free caesar dressing
5pm Chicken Breast and Baked potatoe and fat free sour cream
7pm Cottage Cheese and Salsa on an English Muffin and a piece of fruit on the side
10pm Protein Shake with Skim Milk
11pm Bed
This is yesterdays because it was a full day but thats what I have been doing since I started everyday is similiar.
