Ive been having axams for the past 2 months and I have quit gym for t hat time and for a strange reason healthy eating . I haventt gained that much weight but I have lost muscle mass and gained some fat especially in the stomach Im restarting gym and I need further advice. Pls help me to reshape!

two months huh? man that sucks. I have a really hectic schedule and I find the I can still squeeze in the gym in there somewhere. The more stressed you are, or the more pressured, the more likely you're going to turn to fatty, unsuitable foods. Try to get back to eating healthy and get rid of junk food in your place, replace it with healthy food and you should be fine.
Just follow the ft program and mind what you eat :) goodluck!

remember when you go back to the gym start off at about 20% of the weights you were at, and build up slowly. The stregnth will come back sooner than you think.
