Way to go Cristal! Maybe that's what I need to start doing again. I used to feel awesome after my early morning workout. I have been a little slack and leaving it until the winter is over. It's not easy walking in the dark when it's raining. It might be just the thing I need though. Even if I get up and go for a 20 minute ride, it's better than nothing and Im ready and raring to go when the kids get up. Then I can get them to school and me to work on time! Instead of sitting here bleary eyed, like I am now.

You are awesome, CristalBelle! That is great!!!!!!!!! I bet you feel just super!! :dumbbell::dumbbell::dumbbell:
My husband stole my coffee pot for the guys at work and never replaced it as he said he would, maybe I will have to put the pressure on, one cup a day would do me!

Just wanted to say, I DID IT AGAIN!!!!! :laugh: Got up, did my usual morning routine, got on my clothes, and went to the tredmill when my hubs left for work....I think I get a tanning session on saturday!! I really like how, I am here at work, and I don't have to think about working out at all for the entire day. YEEEEEEEEHHHH!!!!! Also, Veda, I know what it is like to be exhasted in the morning (even with a full nights sleep) Since I switched my bc, I have been getting a great nights sleep, and thats why morning is working right now. Don't know if that helps at all, but coffee does for sure!!

I am pitiful - I get up with my husband at 3:30 a.m. and then sleep about 1/2 hour then get up with my son now at 5:00 a.m. and then I go back to sleep - I just don't feel good that early and I just hate that I can't stay up as it would be so beneficial for me to stay up as far as getting a good start with exercising and it would give me more time for my writing and housework! My problem is I am a late nighter and can't seem to settle down earlier than midnight and that leaves me with broken sleep and not enough energy trying to get going early....I so would like to have those extra hours!

Well, this morning I got up at regular time to get my hubs off to work, and instead of going back to bed, I walked down with him to his car, and then went to the gym and walked for 30 min. I walked a mile and a quarter. It felt great. I like doing it in the morning, I don't have to even think about it for the rest of the day. Might be a good change for me!!

Good for you for getting it done in the morning. I like to do that too when my husband is working mornings. But, I have a hard time sustaining getting up at 5 am. I try not to let it get me down. I always keep the alternative to go after work on my schedule so I don't have an excuse if I sleep in.
Good job CristalBelle.

AWESOME! Good to see you had a great start to your day, CristalBelle! Your back in the saddle again!!! Hold on, the ride gets bumpy from time to time, but the colors on the horizon are well worth seeing up close!
