Ok, here was my thought for my plan for tomorrow (assuming I can bring myself to get up that early, I really need to retrain my sleep patterns... I'm considering changing the 8-9 internet/games to the exercise time instead of later in the day, depending on if I have the energy... can anyone advise...
Oh, and I'm at about 272lbs, up till yesterday was VERY inactive, and this is about all I think my body can stand right now, my main goal is fat loss right now as I have an American Idol audition October 5th and really want to be in (at least a little better) shape for that... though I want to continue well beyond that to get to my ideal weight of around 180-190lbs and build muscle as well..
I'm not a slave to the scale though my main focus is my gut, and reducing it... I have a fitness plan on here that i'm following, though I said I wanted 5 days a week and it put me at 3, not sure why... anyway if anyone can tweak this, please let me know :)
7:00 wake up get ready take slimpath dose and 1 full glass water
7:30 Go running, 10 minutes out 10 minutes back
7:50 walk around house 10 minutes
8:00 drink another full glass of water (1 serving trail mix )
8-9:00 internet/games
9:00-9:30 eat breakfast (at table?)
9:30-10:00 games
10-10:05 Breathing and humming
10:05-10:10 humming and sliding up
10:10-10:15 open mouth and sliding
10:15-10:30 warm ups general vocal exercise (NO SINGING)
10:30-11:00 Snack/fruit/veg. (at table) 1 full glass water
11-12 games / Y&R
12-1 Days & games
1-2 Singing/recording
2-2:30 Lunch (at table)
2:30-3:30 games
3:30 take second SlimPath dose
3:30-3:45 bike 10 minutes, stretch 5 minutes
3:45-4:30 daily exercise from freetrainers (might take longer, any extra time left walk around to cool off
4:30-5:00 recover/rest/computer – or finish exercise/walk off time if not done (drink 1 full glass of water)
5:00 another serving trail mix (at table)
5-7:30 game/whatever/tv/etc…
7:30 dinner (at table)
8:00-11:00 free time
11:00-7:00 sleep

Oh and the more that I think of it, I'll probably use waist measurement instead of lbs right now, and i know you can't just take weight off the tummy (or so I'm told) but still the rest of my body is very proportional (1-1.5% within the "right" range of body fat at bodycomp.com or whatever that site was :)

It was more of a guideline... to discipline myself... won't stick to that every day... but it keeps me thinking, am I sitting on the computer too long, etc... :)

Yes, singer, and the reason/motivation to finally get me moving is american idol auditions coming up in October *Grin* Want to lose as much fat as possible by then :P
