Just Got back from my daily 3 mile walk when for some reason I decided to squeeze my ab's while power walking. I was probably squeezing for about 5 to 10 minutes then relaxing for a minute or two before starting again.Is this a good thing to do for the ol' ab's work out? Will at actually make a difference?
I also do 200 ab crunches every other day. Will one cancel out the other or should I fluctuate between the two to throw the body into confusion and stop a plateau? Thanks in advance
