I'm trying to drop some weight and was womdering if my routine was suitable. I'm male 23 and 6ft 207lbs. I cut my caloric intake to 2000 calories a day.
M,W,F- run 1.5 mile in morning, Workout for 2 hours with boxing routine, then run 1.5 mile in the evening
tue,thur,sat- run 1.5 mile morning strength train on crossbow for 1 hour, then run 1.5 mile in evening.

What type of calories are you taking in, ie..carbs, fat, protein. Also, be careful you do not overtrain, as you are doing quite a bit. As for fat loss take this into consideration, you should do at least 30 min of something that keeps your heart rate at a raised level for that amount of time. So, instead of running 1.5 miles before and after, why don't you try running 3 miles in the evening, but again don't be so wound up in distance as in what shape you are describing your in, you should be able to run 3 miles in 25 min or less, so do not judge your cardio portion on distance so much as you should time. Shoot for at least 30 min of continuous moving, keep track of your diet, and keep workin hard. Your results will come, hope some of this helps. Good luck!
