Extremely sore biceps

I have recently started working out after being off for 2 months, and i worked my biceps pretty good on tue. and today(thursday) they were just extremely sore to the point of being painful. It's doen't feel like the normal sorness that i'm used to. I did shoulders today and only used the biceps for up right rows. My question is am i just experiencing regular soreness from being off for a little while or have i injured my bicep? It only really hurts when i extend my arm all the way to stretch out my bicep, which i'm thinking is from doing incline dumbell curls.:surprised:
