Working the 'pec' muscles.

I'm not entirely sure of the correct term, but I have a feeling it is 'flies'.

I lie perfectly adjacent to the floor, and do pec repetitions (lowering both hands (holding bumbells) down, in line with shoulders, then bring them up so, both hands meet vertically above my head) (apologies for poor description)

If you're clever enough to desiphre what I'm getting at, please answer this question:

Is it more benificial to lie down horrizontally, or to incline the bench a little?

There is merit to doing both. You can also do decline flyes. Each variety hits a different part of the muscle group. Try switching which one you do ecer week or so.
