Hey everyone, it's been about 2 months since i last worked out. I sorta went on a binge and everything and anything i wanted got completely off my plan, but I'm back now and joined a gym yesterday, and after working out today i feel great, i'm just so happy the endorphin rush is incrdible . I was pretty hardcore about lifting and a proper diet and stayed on a strict regime for 8 months, and was in pretty good shape i had put on about 10lbs. of lean mass. My only question is will it take very long to get back to where i was? I am not lifting what i did before but i expected that but will i get back there quickly?

You should be back in no time. Even after a fairly long layoff, I've noticed that I'm usually back to my old strength in 3-4 weeks.
