First Ill say hello as it's my 1st post. Ive been a policeofficer for 8.5 yrs. & have been in shape & out of shape, it hasn't been consistent. Im currently out of shape. Problem is, we just received announcement for openings in our SWAT team which consists of a full day (4am -1130pm) of physical & psychological events. The test is in less than 3 weeks. What should I be doing, eating etc. to get myself in the best shape for the test that I can w/in that amount of time?
Welcome to FT! Good luck! Rest, healthy eating (Have you filled out a nutrition analysis on yourself? It will break down your carbs, proteins, fats, and total calories) Also, check out the FT programs based on your goals and desired changes in your body as a start.
