Would anyone be willing to make me an upper body routine.....i've played soccer all my life so my lower body is already strong but need to work on the upper body.....i would need something like a 5 day routine with weights only..
Sounds familiar. I would suggest signing up with the FT routines. Don't just focus on the upper body. Eventhough you have played soccer, resistance training will work your muscles differntly. Be balanced with your entire body, eat healthy, and get plenty of rest.
