hey yall
i exercise everyday doing about 2 or 3 reps a day for each exercise. and my body doesbnt really grow. i work very hard and do increase my intennsity for my exercises. i tried doing the FT fitness planner but it doesnt work . please can somebody please help me and tell me what to do?

If you follow your FT plan, it will work... you have to have a proper diet to go along with it as well...
You don't need to exercise everyday, either... you should have a day or two off per week to let your muscles grow...

yep. muscles grow in the recovery phase, not as you work it out. you're pushing your body to do more than what you're used to, also pushing past comfort level and that comes at a cost. Which is why we get sore after every workout. You're introducing stress and forcing the muscle to grow. When you recover, that's the time that you're muscles actually grow. Which is why sleep and rest is extremely important along with good nutrition.
Exercise, Nutrition, Rest and tons of determination is always the best to go.

thanx 4 da help and advice. i hope i can and wil grow to be strong. da thing is dat i cant plan myself a diet and nutrition plan. its 2 hard but i do eat a lots of fresh fruit and veg along with da junk food.
