joint pills?

hi,
i just came fromt he store and i didnt know which joint supplement to buy. My knees have been hurting and my friend told me to buy those pills, but i saw a bunch of them. which one should i buy?

Firstly I think you need to work out why your knees are hurting. If it's an injury no amount of "pills" will help so it's either a trip to the docs or rest.
Otherwise there are many supplements on the market available that help with aching joints. A pick of those available is Glucosamine Sulphate (with Chondroitin) which attracts fluid into joints and acts almost like a shock absorder. There's also Cod Liver Oil which thickens joint fluid and prevents bone friction.
Best bet would be to go to a reputable health food shop and have a chat to the employees who should be able to point you in the direction of the right supplement for you.
