In 2 day... I finish 3-12 week abdominal blast
workout. I worked hard to the fullest.
yes some fair result ... not my goal yet.
Its shaping up but not enough ...
my question is
I don't want to stop .. I want to jump straight
to anther 12 week abdominal workout.
what you think should or not. Or
take a week or so break ...

Take a break man. Because you may not feel right now may hurt you later, so just take it easy. Good Luck!!!

I know the exact feeling...I didn't want to take a break because I'd feel awful...

I know I should have taken more...but I took a few days off...and started again...going above and beyond the program....

That's the story of an over-achiever's life!

Taking the break is good...so if you can stand not working your abs for that long...DO IT!
Good Luck!!
