I haven't been the smartest of trainees at the gym. One time I figured out that the weights that were on the bar were good enough for me-not knowing that on one side there was more weight than the other(around 10 pounds) I did my squats, but I felt ackward! another occasion-I did the hack squats, forgetting to place more weight on one side than the other(again like 10 to 25 pounds). My question is: has this happened to anybody? another question: could this bring an imbalance in she body-including stress to the joints and stuff?
