People who has small body frame, I dont mean the skinny guys because their at 6% BF whilst at the same time having no muscles. Im talking about the guys who naturally have a small frame because of their bone structure. I mean I could see some peeps packing on Arnies muscles but if their bones inside dont expand, they'd look just above average. I was wondering if people actually get around this problem as in their bones expand or something.

Just imagine some men in a boys body to picture what Im trying to describe here :) Even if they pack lots of muscles their structure will always be small.

It is interesting you bring up Arnold. I was reading in his encyclopedia that even at his largest you he could wrap his fingers around the widest part of his wrist and over lap them, making him a small framed male. In fact, he goes on to say that if you have a small frame you are actually at an advantage because your muscles don't have to be as large to look proportionally large. The counter point he provided was Lou Ferrigno. He stated Lou was a large frame and had to work even harder on his size to look proportionally as large as Arnold.

Hope that helps

hmmm, I didnt know arnold was a small frame..looks huge enough to me, lol. I guess when looking at them without clothes on and you could see the muscles packing..the smaller frame will looks bigger. If they however had a tank top on, you cant see the muscles but rather just the frame of the man.
