i am on the 8 week gain muscle mass program, that is on freetrainers. Now that i am in my 8th week , i want to know what happens after this. Do i repeat the same program again, or do i choose another program, or do I have to upgrade to ft pro ?????
yeah that is a good question, what do we do after we're done?

Pick another routine that meets your needs. Take a week off and go again. There is no graduation. After you have done a number of routines and know what you're doing you can even make up your own. You can also change your level from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
