I was just wondering if anyone has any pointers or workout tips they could give me for passing my police physical exam coming up.
I find that the weight parts of it isn't hard, but by the time I'm done the circuit my muscles are exhausted and I woudln't be able to pass the run right afterwards. I need some endurance tips please:)
I play soccer a lot and can run forever when I'm doing that, but put me on a treadmill or send me out for a jog and I just cant do it! I get discouraged when i'm so tired after only running 10 mins on the treadmill. What can I do to get endurance back FAST???
Circuit training itself will help to build up your endurance provided it is done at the proper intensity level. Also, if you have trouble with your aerobic activities, then those are the activities that you need to practice the most! Challenging your body in ways that it is not used to is how you will grow the most in your capacity for exercise.
Also, try doing interval training when you do cardio - that will help your cardiovascular endurance immensely, as well as help to trim up bodyfat.
