i have been doing cardio almost everyday. but know when i try to run or when i put a lot of pressuare on my legs they hurt. specially my knees and my ankles, and close to my ankle i have some kind of bump. what can i do ?
1. Check you shoes - make sure they are a high quality shoe if you are running that much.
2. Have the bump looked at by a Dr.
3. Slow down a bit, when you are starting you need to give your body a chance to heal.
