ok here is the deal. i have been working out at the gym for 3 weeks now and i do 15-20 minuets of cardio each day. 5 times a week. ok well i am getting fatter. i know my stomach is suppost to bulge because i am building muscle but i am really getting fatter. when i sit i have rolls i didnt have that before i started working out what is my problem????? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

A trick I am using...Im suppose to be eating around 1500-1700 calories a day to maintain my current weight, But since I am needing to lose weight im on a diet for about 1200-1400 calories a day...Eating like a lighter person and I've already dropped a few pounds...It's effective for me but might not be for me.
