I posted a question about asymmetry a while back-and my question was that even around the groin, there might be a slightly bigger left/right side than right/left side. Anyways, to make sure everything ws alright with me, I went to see the doctor last week. he examined me and found nothing manually, but said that it might be a hernia that's already there or trying to come out,(if anything else, other kind of internal complication only the ultrasound check could tell). I became so worried that day, but the doctor say that the majority of cases was hernia but not in all, and that if I had nothingI had nothng to worry abot!!! Two days later they performed the ultrasound check on me, the nurse asked the lady cecking the omputer screen if she was seeing any hernia--and she said, no i just muscles!! Later on that same day, the doctor told me that I have nothing to worry about, because they found nothing on the ultrasound check. I was like, "Thank You God!!" i asked him, how do you prevent developing a hernia while exercising-he said for safety reasons always wear a belt for lifting heavy.
I realized that my ab muscles must be pretty strong, and that they're the most important muscles to train, they're the one responsible for any kind of drive/force, and holding the internal organs in place. I'm happy to know that I have nothing, because I can continue exercising and doing my job without problems--of course always exercising some carefulness, though(I'm not competing either). Thank You God!!
