Are there any herbs or anything that can clear out your system the way a high colonic does? I heard that doing this is healthy and actually invigorates you energy-wise. I remember seeing something herbal claiming to do the same, but I don't know if it would be effective. Also, to anyone who has tried it or something similar, does it really revitalize you or is it just hype?
