If I read this right, you said you lost 35 lbs in a month? This is not healthy- you're likely losing alot of muscle mass. You may want to check into Trimspa a little more if you've lost that much that fast.
As far as workouts- focus on your weight lifting- I'd recommend doing an FT program. When you lift weights, your body will burn calories all day long. Cardio is good to mix in also- however you only burn calories during your workout with cardio- not all day long like with weight lifting.

Actually it was most like 20, 25 :)now that i look in to it. So alot of weights and cardio eh? Ill try that out, i have a couple weight training books, and some boxing stuff i can do for lifting and cardio. At the moment, im working chest, arms and back and then doing Cross trainer cardio for a half and hour. The settings i have on the Cross trainer help work my lower body/legs, i also do some leg stuff on machines. Anything else i need to know?

the safest weight that you can lose in a week would be 2lbs, methinks. if you go any further, you're going to run the risk of overtraining and all that you've worked for will be for nothing, because if you overtrain and task your body too hard, too fast, it's gonna retaliate. You want to work with your body, not work against it. :) the best results come in gradually but definite. :)
