I know i know a good diet...i was wondering if any body had any other ways beside a good diet that helps get rid of these problem area...this is the area i have the most trouble with and i will take any advice anybody is willing to give....THANKS

Although diet is a big key in getting rid of the stomach flab, try encorporating some of the exercises listed on FT that focus on your obliques/waist.
