I know i know a good diet...i was wondering if any body had any other ways beside a good diet that helps get rid of these problem area...this is the area i have the most trouble with and i will take any advice anybody is willing to give....THANKS

Actually there is another way -- Exercise AND a good diet. :big_smile: Seriously though - it didn't get there over night and short of lip suction - it'll go away, just slowly.

I'm in the same boat as you mnh..love handles are my biggest concern too! I'm confused about the exercise part. I've been told cardio and diet is the key to burning the flab..and i get this (short of the lypo of course miken..lol..one only wishes!). But, in terms of ab workout...which i have signed up for..I get mixed responses. Some say no..do this after or i will just increase my waist/obliques. How do i know if there are already muscles under there??? should I go ahead with the whole lot..or wait for inches/weight loss from cardio and diet?

One confused kiwi here :(
