Can anyone here please help with an example of a good, 5000 calorie, mass building diet? Please! Any and all help appreciated!!!

i dontknow if you can gat a good 5000 calorie diet. seems to me no one could burn that many each day and soon you'd have alot of fat to deal with. also gaining that much weight that quickly may not be good for you. i am new to this and i could be wrong.

It seems to me like you are trying to gain mass a little too fast. How much do you wiegh and what do you do for cardio every day?

I know the diet you are talking about... its called the "Dead By 50" diet
