I usually work a combination of chest routines that consist of the following: Bench: Flat, Incline, and Decline. Dumbells: Flat, Inclin, and Declin. Flys: Flat, Incline, and Decline. My question has to do more with the Flys. I always do flat or dumbell presses and usuall add combinations of flys to the mix. Is it ok to do incline and decline flys? Is there any benefit?

First, I would make the incline bench the staple of my workout. Then, do another pressing movement finishing with flys. If I do incline and then flat bench, I usually do decline flys. If I do incline and then decline bench, I would do flat flys and so on. Flys have always been good for me as a finishing exercise. I do dips as well. Two pressing movements, one fly, and dips will hit the chest from all angles.

inclines for upper chest and declines are for the lower region...that true for presses and flyes

flyes add defintion while presses add mass
so incorporating all of them is a must for max development
