i am a 15 year old male and havent had my growth spurt yet.. i am hoping this summer will be when it happens, but i also want to go on a program and get in excellent shape (i want to especially focus on an abdominal program).. By doing a program, could this affect if i grow or not? should i take the summer off and just rest and eat lol? i want to get into great shape though... so ne advice?

hmm, well I started working out my freshman year in highschool, so i wouldn't see a problem in it. As long as you do it correst with correst form and not try to lift heavy right off the bat. I'd start kinda slow, maybe a 3 day a week that you actually work out( mon wed fri) you can pick 2 other days run jog and do some abbs if you like. Theres good programs on here, so I hear anyways. Also you ned to look at your diet, with out a good one your gains won't be as good. I wish I had, had a good diet when I started lifting
