Hi all, I recently (over the past three months) started eating everytinhg in sight. I have always weiged between 100 and 120 lbs, now I have managed to eat my weight up to 140. Since I have the physical appearence of a 20 year old and the chest of a 2 year old, I was wondering if any one could give me an idea on whether or you think I should start to do free weight excercises for my chest and arms and back. My main goal is to increase muscle mass a bit and then kep toned. I am not looking for a major change in my body, I just want to look 'Normal" like a man my age should. I know I gotta get to it right now, or else I am just gonna get a beer gut and a fat but. Can anyone give me suggestions on what excercises to do to put me into shape?

eating is good.........but not everything in sight. I can get huge on fast food, but its not the kinda huge I want to be.
Start with a work out from ft, maybe the mass one I think its 12 weeks long, and eat a good diet. You could prolly eat about 180grams of protein, and about 400 carbs a day and nto gain much body fat. I on the other hand being more prone for fat stoarage have to keep my carbs under 300 a day. You have a lil more led way than I do.
After the 12 week program, and you need somthing different, more specific for you, then post after that and ask.
