Ok im trying a diet for a few weeks,im doin ok, but...........i have like a little tummy the only access i have to any cardio machine is a staionary bike, is that ok?I need some answers for that thank you!
i JUST read in article in SHAPE magazine this afternoon that said that all cardio machines are equally effective- the difference is made with the amount of effort you put into it. Increase your intensity and speed and you'll be good to go. If you can be moving your arms while biking that will be a bonsu! Also you'll want to add weight training. From personal experience I know that weight training is vital to weight loss- it ups your metabolism and you burn calories all day long.
