Well I found this site and Im looking to loose some weight. I filled out my profile and this is what it gave me.

Protein -
190 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Carbohydrates -
475 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Fats -
36 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Total Calories -
2953 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal

Right now im 15 and last time I weighed my self I was 190 and my goal is to get down to around 130-150 and get some muscle. I play basketball and lacrosse and always willing to do more walking/running whatever. But my biggest problem now is that im going to boarding school (not for punishment, its hard to explain ) so I dont think I can run out all the time to get the food needed since I will be eating there. Please help

If there is anymore information needed please let me know.

Thanks

Nate

Nate - pick the best out of what is offered - stick with leaner protein choices, vegetables, salads, smaller portions of pasta, rice and bread.

tri-o-plex bars are good - low sugar and made with oats, decent amount of protein.
Bars are hard to recommend because everyone's tastes are different.

I had a powerbar yesterday which was pretty good. But could I buy them at GMC at 15? I doubt there would be an age limit but you never know. And when should I eat bars? like before class, after, walking to the court/field?

Thanks
