I was told, that after 48-72 hours the muscle is able to be trained again, so a few days before i saw that book, there was a weekly program for muscle mass gain, it was like every musclegroup trained 1 time a week, there were a few prof. programs, where they train every muscle 1 time a week, what is now right, i would like to gain m.m. and train 4 days a week, tell me.....what is the right way
