6:00 am: 2 miles
8:00 am: oatmeal (water only)
12:00 am: 1 mile
2:00 pm: protine bar
6:00 pm: 1 mile/shake
8:00 pm: tuna, tuna, tuna only...agian, water only...

that's pretty bad. I'd be dead if that was all I ate in a day. Not to mention really pissed. I get in a bad mood when I'm hungry.
