When bodybuilding articles talk of "Plateau's" do they just mean strength wise? Like your weight will not go up on your reps? I always thought that, but now I am wandering if they mean muscle gain wise too. Like if I was using a high-rep bodybuilding workout program and my strength was increasing, my muscle size would be too right? It's just kind of hard to tell.
