I generally do 15-12-10-8 on my legs and 12-10-8-6 on my upper body for the majority of my exercises. I do this because from what I read that is how you build a muscular physic (opposed to just strength or toning). I was just wandering if anyone knew some alternatives for bodybuilding sets and reps wise. I just want to change up my schedule a little bit to shock my muscles, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

sweeny,

what you are doing is perfect. I do agree that you should throw something in to shock your muscles every 3-4 weeks. Try doing:

- 21's
- drop sets
- super sets

You can find these and more in the exercise ft Tools on the left menu I think.
