would you guys recommend doing the 12 week ab special along with the mass? i am currently doing the mass program and that is definately my priority. would adding the 12 week ab be too much?

It won't be too much, but I will be too conflicting. Abs are a muscle that isn't seen unless you have low body fat. I'm 10.7% and even then my abs barely show up. Get the Mass first, then diet down and hold out to your perfect physique. As you've probabley seen those extremely skinny guys whose abs show simpley because they're skinny, not because they have developed them. A very important tip though is to be careful in developing your external obliques. I personally don't train them. My genetics allow them to give me a big mid, thus I lose my perfect "X" figure. Do however, work on your stratus and intercoastals. Best of wishes.
