Hi. I am new to this site and I just signed up for the workout program. The program doesnt specify if you should increase or decrease weight with each set, or stay at the same weight. I am currently doing a program where I stay at the same weight and number of reps for each set for that excersize and then move up in weight every 2-3 weeks. I was just wondering what the consesus is here on this program.

The idea with the decreasing reps is to increase the weight each set. The first set is warmup and should be light. When you get to your last set it should be heavy enough that you can barely complete it.

Hi, Thanks for the warm welcome and for the advice. So when it says to do 20 reps, that is actually my warm up set of 20? That is good to know. I did not realize that. I have been using another online workout routine but I do not feel the results are as good as they should have been. WIth the workout I just received from here, they are more excersizes per body part, which should help a lot.
