i ahve 2 questions? first what types of squats should i do to tighten up my glutes. second i havent noticed any mass on myy chest. this is my routine. also the lower part of my chest is still has alot of fat and it hasnt tighted up at all.

flat bench press 4 x 10
dumbel press 4 x10
dumbel flies 4x 10
