I started a full time job this week an I have found it near impossible to continue eating six meals a day. Does anyone have any tips on how to get my nutrition in?

What kind of work do you do? How many breaks do you get per day? Usually there are three breaks two 10 mins and one 1/2 hr. If that is the case besure to eat each and every break.

Take some $ to GNC this tues through i think like friday and get a GNC card (no credit envolved, just discounts) Get some Myoplex Deluxe shakes and then some Myoplex bars. I have the same problem with school. They even have already mixed drinks. If your working out to achieve mucsle mass just get high protien things. (myoplex) They really are not that costly for what you get. Cause it could be hard to eat a steak or ciik a chicken on break.

I am facing the same problem. To tackle that, I take protein bars with me and I have always a shaker and my protein powder in my cupboard. I also try to schedule my meetings after or before my meal (whenever I am mastering the meeting schedule :-)
